There seems to be missing here a special thick square washer on the secondary shaft, put on before the locking nut - a much ;later retro-designed fix to avoid some engine casing cracking. Seems any stresses from secondary shaft onto its thin casing, are instead crudely transferred to adjacent clutch housing and also final drive casing - for adverse loads when changing gears.
Hello pls make sure the clutch torque value you say 45 newton meter but when you apply the torque wrench, you set at 15 newton meter...so which one is correct?
I have installed my clutch, but my cover is not closing tightly without mounting the 3 bolts. This is effecting that the clutch is already activating a little, it's pressed by the cover so the engine is in free position. I don't understand why. I need to say that I have split the engine, put new bearings and gaskets and mounted again. Maybe I did something wrong. It's a Vespa engine VBA 1 M from 1961. Do someone know what's wrong? Kind regards Hans

Small translation error when tightening clutch nut, text says 15 Nm, engine builder says 50 Nm. :)
Which clutch is featured?
